Hit Enter, it will start doing it’s thing

This will take a while

Finished!

That’s it, we are done with the Active Directory Upgrade Portion

Once you have ensured you have a full Backup J

*** DISABLE ANTIVIRUS, otherwise it will hang on “languages” (we actually had to un-install forefront for the service pack upgrade to continue)

Hit Install Microsoft Exchange Server upgrade

Hit Next

Accept the agreement (please not that Microsoft now owns your soul)

do the prerequisite check

This feature was not previously installed, installing now

After Re-Running the Prerequisite test, we are cook’n with gas, all greens and yellow!

Go ahead and hit upgrade (make a pot of coffee as well this will take forever + 1 day)
