Tesla’s Board Urges Shareholders to Re-Elect Musk, Denholm and Straubel Before the December 3 Meeting
In an October 29 letter filed with the SEC, Tesla’s board asks shareholders to vote FOR every proposal at the December 3 annual meeting, most importantly re-electing Musk, Denholm and Straubel.
